GlassNotes is an AI-powered wine marketing copy generation tool designed for wine importers and distributors. It allows users to input structured wine data and generate channel-specific marketing copy including tasting notes, food pairings, shelf talkers, and wholesale sheets.
By creating an account or using GlassNotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
GlassNotes offers monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date and will not be charged again after cancellation.
All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to up to 5 wine SKUs. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service and to add additional SKUs.
You may use GlassNotes only for its intended purpose: generating marketing copy for wines you represent or have the right to market.
You may not: resell or sublicense access to GlassNotes; use automated tools to scrape, extract, or bulk-export generated content; use the service to generate content for third parties as a paid service without our written consent; or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Copy generated by GlassNotes is produced by an AI model and should be treated as a starting point for review, not a final publication-ready output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in any marketing material, label, or communication.
GlassNotes does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. Claims about wines — including tasting descriptors, food pairings, and production details — are derived from the data you provide.
You retain full ownership of the wine data you input and the copy generated from it. GlassNotes does not claim any rights over your input data or generated outputs.
The GlassNotes platform, interface, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of GlassNotes and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
GlassNotes is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlassNotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GlassNotes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
